* IMPORTANT : Stan13 can only give you a Rough Estimate of the Total Shipping charge of AP Cargo as AP Cargo shipping rates to Different parts of the Philippines are Confidential and Subject to Rate increase without giving notice to stan13. 

Stan13 is in the business of trading bike and bike parts only. We are not engaged or knowledgeable in the Shipping business. 

It is advisable for customers to Double check how AP Cargo arrived with the total shipping fee. Ask for computation so you will understand. Check if the dimension on the receipt (in centimeters cm) matches the actual dimension of the package. Because the shipping fee largely depends on the Size/ Dimension (length x width x height) of the package.

Notes:

AP Cargo has no delivery on Sundays, but you can opt to Pick up the item on AP Cargo Office near you on a Sunday.

DELIVERY CUTOFF - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Pick up of AP cargo on our store is also not fixed, it depends on the schedule of pick up of AP cargo in our area. 

Payments made BEFORE 1pm will be processed on the same day (Shipped the same day - LBC), except for items that will depend on Cargo / Forwarder's schedule like AP Cargo or Daily Overland.

Payments made AFTER 1pm will be shipped the Next day.

Example, if you are able to deposit on or before 1pm of December 25. The item will be shipped the same day. However, if you have paid after 1pm, your deposit will still be honored but item/s will be shipped on December 26.

This will ensure the quality of our service to you. I hope you understand.

Preferred DECLARED VALUE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

- This is the Amount a buyer can claim from the forwarder (LBC, AP Cargo, Jades Cargo, Bus Companies, etc.) , in the event of any loss, accident, or fortuitous event.

Note: The Higher the Declared Value, the more expensive the Shipping Fee.

In LBC they charge an Additional 5 pesos for each 500pesos of declared value. Example Declared Value is 5,000php. Then it will have an Additional 50php Shipping Cost on Top of the Basic Shipping Fee.

In AP Cargo, they charge 1% Insurance Fee for the Declared Value. So if we declare the item at 10,000php, the addtional Insurance fee is 100pesos on Top of the Basic Shipping Fee.

Thru Bus, normally they charge 10% of the Declared Value. If you have a Declare Value of 10,000php, then the shipping fee will be 1,000 pesos. Minimum fee for 1 box bike is 500pesos, with a declared value of only 3,000-3,500pesos depending on the Dispatcher's decision. Sometimes 1 Big box (29er bike), even the declared value of the item is low, the Dispatcher may decide to charge 1,000pesos already. 

It is up to the Buyer to decide the DECLARED VALUE of the item. 

Stan13, the Management, and its employees, will not be liable for any expenses arising from any Complications from the shipping.

Buyer will coordinate with the forwarder if such event arise.

Stan13 will provide details of Waybill Number and/or Tracking number so that the Buyer can trace and prove to Forwarder the ownership of the Shipped item/s.

In case customer was not able to state Declared Value, Stan13 will decide for the customer. It is noted that Stan13, the Management, and its employees, will not be liable for the Item's declared value, and the difference in the declared Value and Actual Value of the item in case any complications arise.
